And we have a large catalog of internal and external training content that you can leverage, if you need to brush-up on something you know or to learn something new.What is the primary need, technical challenge, or problem you will be responsible for?The Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) product, part of the Workspace ONE platform continues to be industry leading in terms of customer adoption, capabilities and innovation. The Workspace ONE platform supports iOS, Android, Windows 10 as the major platforms for endpoint management. This success is the driver for us to constantly improve the user-experience and management capabilities of various operating system endpoints.The current role is for Windows 10 Intelligent Hub, which is the endpoint management application for Windows 10. The Hub is a critical component in making the end user experience a delightful one while providing industry leading security and management capabilities. We continue to enhance capabilities and features to Hub that improve end user onboarding processes, adding new use-cases, support multiple infrastructure requirements to name a few.We are looking for a senior engineer who can thrive in such an environment and help us execute this vision. You are passionate about endpoint / client-side application experiences and have shipped applications that are used by millions of users. You are able to discern the right technology, tools and their implications for end user experiences – not just for the day-1 but the day-2 operational requirements. We have high engineering standards and we want you to help make us better.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Active engagement with different stake holders - Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Security Engineer and other members within Engineering to define and deliver the required solution.
Active participation in all stages of software development - requirement, design, coding, testing and debugging.
Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
Serve as a mentor to junior developers.
REQUIRED SKILLS:Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical training.
10+ years in developing applications targeting Windows Platform.
Strong programming experience in Desktop C# programming and patterns.
Strong .Net concepts such as TAP, P/Invoke Interop, LINQ, etc.
C (Win32 SDK) development experience .
Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing Windows systems and applications using Windows SysInternals Tools.
General understanding of Windows Internals and sub-systems.
Knowledge of crypto primitives and cryptographic algorithms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience using Git or Bitbucket.
Experience with CI tools like Bamboo.
Experience in developing RESTful Web services.
Experience using mocking frameworks like JustMock/Moq, Unit testing frameworks like MSUnit/XUnit/Nunit
