Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Associate to work in a small warehouse in Wilmington, MA.As a Warehouse Customer Service Associate placed with Kelly Services, you will process customer orders and complete applicable documentation in a thorough and accurate manner ensuring that customer expectations and company service level commitments are continuously met. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. You will independently ensure accurate and timely processing of domestic and international orders, invoices, export documentation, and shipments
Report order/customer/shipping problems and recommended solutions to sales department and management
Ensure the warehouse is always in a clean and orderly condition and that adequate security is maintained
Perform light warehouse duties as needed (light unpacking, kitting, order picking, etc.)
You will resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner or refer customers to appropriate qualified personnel
You will perform cycle counts, assist with maintenance of inventory control, and maintain proper storage and handling of all products
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
2-4 years of customer service experience
Shipping & receiving warehouse experience preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
Strong telephone communication skills and accurate recordkeeping skills
Familiarity with GMP/ISO requirements pertaining to manufacturing operations
Experience with SAP preferred but not required
