Thai Spice restaurant in Monkey Junction has current opening for a full-time sushi chef position. We're looking for an experienced chef to work along side of our head sushi chef, Wednesdays-Sundays weekly. The candidate must be proficient with cutting fish, making rolls, as well as preparing tempura ingredients.
