The Wingate by Wyndham is getting ready to reopen our doors after a major renovation. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player with excellent customer service and communication skills. Hotel and sales experience a must. Following are some of duties and responsibilities. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience for every guest.
- Promote hotel including social media outlets
- Negotiate rates with groups and corporate clients
- Develop relationships with corporate contacts and regular clients
o Engage with clients during guest appreciation
- Communicate with departments on groups and/or VIP
o Prepare necessary information and/or product
- Increase revenue by bringing in new business and maintaining current clients
o Submit bids and proposals
- Maintain all group codes and corporate codes in reservation system
- Support front desk
- Manager on Duty
- Maintain knowledge of Wyndham promos, codes and standards
