Come work at a brewery by the beach! We're a growing brewpub located in Wilmington, NC, just minutes from the beach. We have opportunities for kitchen leadership, as well as for experienced line cooks. Looking for hard working, reliable team players. Ideal line candidates are able to work various stations(fryer, grill, saute, pizza). Saute experience in particular is a need.
Executive Chefs should have 2+ years kitchen management experience, and be comfortable with ordering/inventory management, scheduling, menu development, cost control, and staffing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the aforementioned. A positive leadership style is preferred!
