Edge Landscaping is seeking a High End Residential Account Manager to join our thriving team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential landscape maintenance contracts and projects, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring quality of service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the delivery of quality services and managing all assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure open-line of communication
Schedule landscape maintenance crews and conduct site inspections to evaluate services performed
Provide estimates for supplemental work & enhancements to improve the quality of landscape
Focus on the goals set by the management team for revenue and profitability
Develop and coordinate plans for the efficient use of personnel and resources
Promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture, and create a positive team environment
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year or more managing a landscape division to include maintenance service contracts
Direct management of a landscape maintenance crew
Basic understanding of budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
Proven success in profitable business management
This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills
Valid NC state driver's license and good driving record
Experience in recommending, pricing, and selling enhancements to improve the quality of the landscape
