If you are a RELIABLE and HARD-WORKING leader capable of managing a pool crew installation team, we have an immediate opening and aggressive compensation program for you. To lead a pool installation team at Able Pools and Spas you must have general construction knowledge, people skills, common sense, work ethic, a good attitude and the ability to influence others. Experience with; Bobcat/Excavator, fiberglass pool installation or plumbing is helpful but not required. A valid driver's license is a requirement.
Pay range $16 â $24 per hour and is based on experience, performance, and productivity. There is also a bonus structure to reward high performance. Able Pools and Spas is a family run business with a non-corporate atmosphere. We work hard, but also like to laugh and have a good time. We have plenty of room for advancement and a great future for the right candidate.
