I am in need of a home life manager. This will be a job for a someone with a willingness to do a wide range of things, as needed. The work hour options (below) are great for anyone looking for a flexible schedule to pick up an extra +/- $400/month.
A great attitude and attention to detail is necessary. I am looking for someone to build trust with over time and potentially grow into more hours and responsibilities in the future.
The ability to take initiative and think one step ahead of me is also ideal. If you see something that needs to be done around the house, do it. If something is wrong/broken/needs maintenance, take care of it.
Skills and duties may include:
-Detail Cleaning (I have a regular house cleaner but just keeping up between cleanings as well as occasional interior car detail)
-Organizing (Mostly clothing but also help keep pantry and laundry area organized and stocked.)
-Laundry/ironing/steam cleaning
-Unpaid bill organization
-UPS/Fed EX shipping drop offs
-Light yard work/cleaning
-Some gardening knowledge (Help me keep my plants alive and help with some very light "Deck"scaping! )
-Personal shopping/errand running (occasional grocery store pick up, goodwill drop offs, etc)
-Schedule appointments as needed (Ex: something is leaking and I need to schedule a plumber to come)
-Random things like helping me hang curtains, hang pictures/mirrors on walls
-Other random home maintenance such as paint touch ups, help re-arranging furniture, etc.
-Posting items for sale on websites/apps such as Poshmark, Friend Me Down, LetGo, etc.
-Infrequent help with my work including home staging, putting out signs, etc.
Hours:
I can be flexible and work around other schedules. Expect about 10hrs/week to start. This can be 2 hours per day Monday-Friday or all 10 hours in one day. I am open to several different options.
