We are a growing, extremely busy, Service-Oriented HVAC Company in Wilmington, N.C. looking for experienced HVAC Technicians and Install Mechanics to join our Team.
We are Seeking applicants with 2-5 Years Experience as a technician or installer. We will be willing to interview all levels of experience. We are willing to train for the helper position.
Technician Responsibilities
Troubleshoot heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Familiarity with wiring diagrams.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Installer Mechanic Responsibilities
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Ensure accurate checks and completion of installation
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Experience as a Service Tech a Plus.
Requirements:
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
