Landscape Installation Project Manager
We are a superior full-service landscape design, installation, and maintenance company in Wilmington, NC. We are currently expanding and looking for a self-starting, proactive, and positive professional who is looking to grow with the business. Candidate Requirements:
Must have landscape installation management experience.
Irrigation knowledge and the ability to recognize varieties of plants are required.
Willingness to gain an understanding of the company vision and drive to sell creative projects directly to clients.
Must have a drivers license, along with a good driving record, and have familiarity with the tools and equipment of the trade.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required
Project Manager Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for selling, estimating and managing the implementation of projects for the Enhancement Crew(s).
Vehicle and equipment maintenance oversight.
Accurately create proposals for enhancement projects by assessing sites and designs and meeting deadlines requested.
Source/order the highest quality plants and materials for projects at the best prices.
Quality Control: Ensuring quality control during the installation and final accountability for results when the project is complete.
Client Relations: Informing client of project details, timely communications during the project, creating and gaining approval for change orders. Lead communication with client for project wrap up and final walkthrough.
Project Inspection and punch list creation and follow up at project completion and pre-final walkthrough.
Project Material, Labor, & Logistics Planning
Plant layout or layout approval
Irrigation layout and a final check for accuracy
Schedule: Create and maintain crews, daily, weekly, monthly schedule.
Payroll: Weekly completion and sign off of crews hours.
Project Worksheet Completion
Crew Management: Responsible for day-to-day management of 5-10 employees, as well as ongoing performance management and training.
