Project Manager (Roofing)

Full-time Position
$2000/monthly base + commission
Cell phone and mileage provided
Our client has an immediate need for a customer-focused professional to supervise a wide range of roofing projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the roofing industry and be able to act as a liaison between contractors and customers. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements. The PM role is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
Serve as the face of the company in the Wilmington area
Act independently and work with limited supervision
Collaborate with estimators, contractors, and customers to discuss project updates and timeline
Monitor and observe project crews to ensure quality performance and execution
Coordinate materials and follow-up on crew needs
Represent the brand and integrity of the company
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all company guidelines, regulations, and safety instruction
Contact identified leads in the area and set it up appointments with company estimators
REQUIREMENTS
Roofing knowledge and/or experience preferred
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
