We are "The Leading Interior Design and Home Design Resource Showroom" in the area. We have been helping Consumers/Builders/Developers save time and money since 1994, while offering great selection and outstanding products and services, including: carpet, tile, wood, natural stone, counter tops, furniture, accessories, decorative window coverings, lighting, area rugs, fabrics, paint, wall paper and faux finishes

We are looking for:

A high energy, very organized, personable and computer savvy Administrative - Interior Designer-Project Manager. To say that you need to be a multi-tasker is an understatement! We are a fast-paced environment, where you will have a wide scope of responsibilities and every day will bring something new and challenging.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and strong in their mathematical / bookkeeping skills and interested in building a career in a growing, established Home Resource/Interior Design business. We're looking for someone who is creative, but also good with numbers and someone who has a keen eye for design details and color. Your customer service skills should be top notch and you should thrive on working with a variety of people.

Very Strong Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a must please! Sales and marketing experience? That's a plus

If the idea of managing multiple projects with multiple deadlines excites you, and doesn't scare you, and you are able to shift directions easily throughout the day you might be the one we are looking for. Job duties include, but are not limited working with and managing several projects daily, Excel, contracts, orders, direct sales, market research, scheduling, power point presentations and computer research. The ideal candidate has an keen eye for color and interior design and has capabilities and experience in Auto Cad.

Please note in addition to all the professional duties, we also want someone, if needed, who is willing to pitch in with the mundane tasks such as running errands, picking up lunch daily, upkeep of the showroom, taking out the trash, etc.

Oh, and did we mention we love dogs? Our "office mascot" is here every day and you will be expected to help walk her if ever needed.

We pride ourselves on being a smoke-free environment, so please don't expect to sneak a smoke while working with us.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of later hours being sometimes required, as well as out of town travel (for trade shows). Starting base pay is a salary of $510.00 -$550.00 per week (depending on experience) plus commissions. (Bringing in new business by Marketing)
