Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is seeking an Office Assistant professional for our fast paced, front desk office setting in our Burgaw, NC. location to perform the following primary duties:
Answer phones at the front desk, provides support for Office Assistant team members
Performs a variety of administrative support duties.
Knowledge of all Outpatient Treatment Services (OTS) programs.
Assisting the staff of OTS in daily procedure
Conducts reminder calls to clients concerning MDs appointment for the following date.
Pick up incoming mail and distribute to assigned mail locations
Filing of any client related paperwork
Schedule appointments for Therapists/Counselors
Check in new clients & review paperwork
Assist with client fee receipts and payment agreements
Weekly deposits and reports for finance department
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate, with related business course work, and two (2) years of administrative support work experience;
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in third part medical billing preferred, along with ability to work a flexible schedule
