Local Developer Looking for Accounting/Office Manager Position.
This is NOT an entry level position
The main focus of this position will be Accounting/Bookkeeping but candidate may also be required to keep up with daily activities of an office but accounting will be the main position
Seeking a very detail-oriented person for accounting and possibly office management work. Responsibilities include A/P, A/R and related administrative construction duties.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, easy to work with, a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, have several years of accounting experience, and work diligently under pressure.
Candidate must be able to work with very little direction and be a self-starter. Candidate must be very detail oriented. This person must also be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail.
-Must be proficient in QuickBooks, have many years of Accounting Experience, and preferably a Construction background before applying
This is a part time to possible full time position
Common Office Administrator Job Duties
High degree of experience/knowledge with QuickBooks Data entry is a must
Assists in the preparation of office budgets and expenses
Prepares reports, presentations, proposals and correspondence
Maintain files and databases

Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing and challenging deadlines
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Working knowledge of email and spreadsheet software
Job Requirements
2 years or more related construction or accounting experience
Minimum: High School Diploma
QuickBooks Experience is a must
