We are in need of an experienced Office Administrator to support our retail and service operations. We can offer you a secure and stable position in a growing and progressive organization.

You must also be personable, organized, driven, focused, and dependable. You will be accountable to the Able Pools & Spas team and customers to ensure operations run smoothly.

The responsibilities & duties break down as follows…

Retail Operations –

Run water samples for pool and spa customers

Manage inventory & work with Office Manager to keep inventory & pricing up to date

Pool & Spa Service –

Manage pool service work orders

Provide service estimates and order parts

Follow up with customers and technicians

File warranty claims

The starting pay range for the position is $14 -$18 per hour based on experience, performance, and achievement of team goals as well as bonuses and the opportunity for hot tub sales commissions. A top performer in this position should earn $40,000 - $50,000+ annually.
