Island Retreat Spa and Salon is a luxury resort-style day spa located on Bald Head Island, NC. Located about 45 min drive from Wilmington and a 20 min ferry ride, it is a unique opportunity to cater to a high-end clientele and maximize your income for a minimal weekly commitment.
Our spa is seasonal - so we are fully booked beginning in late May through September, with busy weekends throughout the year. This is a great chance to boost your income and keep your local clients!
We are the only day spa on BHI, and thus have a strong clientele base looking for services regularly. We need your expertise to serve them! Already happy in your current salon? No problem! We are flexible about which days you want to come to BHI for work, and we will provide you with friendly front desk staff, easy online booking through Mindbody, full color and product backbar, and strong service and retail commission-based pay. (Note: we are open to a booth rental option once you have dedicated 12 months building your client retention.)

Prefer 2+ years experience, but will consider less experienced stylists with a lot of natural talent and great references. All of our staff must be fully licensed and insured. BHI ferry and parking expenses are reimbursed by company.
