Exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate customer service leader to join our team! The Spa Service Manager will be responsible for leading our Esthetician and Massage Therapist teams in delivering outstanding customer experiences, managing the daily service operations of the spa, and partnering with the Spa Sales Manager to achieve the spas sales goals for membership, service, and product revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Directly manage Esthetician and Massage Therapist teams; hire, train, coach, and develop interpersonal, consultative, and customer service skills.

Execute comprehensive guest experience strategy to provide consistent and exceptional delivery of esthetic and massage services; resolve all guest issues promptly and appropriately and provide feedback and coaching to team members as necessary.

Achieve revenue goals by developing and executing strategic plans for the following key performance drivers:

Service Revenue driven by schedule efficiency and value-added service enhancements

Membership Revenue driven by membership growth and retention

Product Revenue driven by education and results focused esthetics services

Develop and execute off-site event activities strategy to build brand awareness and create new guest service opportunities.

Partner effectively with Spa Sales Manager to ensure seamless interactions and transitions for guests between Front Desk and Service Provider teams.

Requirements:

Prior experience in Spa, Massage or Skin Care Industry

Ability to work flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings.

Strong work ethic and leadership skills

Ethically above reproach

Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Confident, self-starter who works well independently

Impeccable Customer Service Skills

Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills
