We are seeking a full-time traveling site superintendent to join our team. We specialize in fast food restaurant new construction and remodels, and are looking for a candidate with a background in fast-paced Commercial Construction
Requirements:
Organization and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this position
Candidate must understand blueprints, be an excellent troubleshooter, and always be a few steps ahead!
A high level of professionalism at all times
Heavy travel is required as we are licensed in NC, SC, VA, GA, & TN
Must have clean criminal background and driving record
Duties:
Coordinating/scheduling subcontractors and all other parties involved in the project
Maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders
Delivering projects on-time and in-budget
Maintaining a safe and clean job site
Daily reporting of job site conditions & progress
Daily followup/updates to PM, including a gameplan and solution for any issues
