ï§Ensure all equipment and tools are taken care of and stored neatly and properly when not in use
ï§Be willing to learn the safe operation of entry level grading equipment such as rollers, off-road trucks, etc.
ï§Always work to achieve the highest quality work possible
ï§Pay attention to the ongoing task at hand, anticipate the next step in the process and prepare accordingly
ï§Communicate time away from work with your team leader and other team members with sufficient notice to make plans for changing personnel to focus on the priorities
ï§Willingness to work hours as required
