Vacancy expired!
I work a lot of hours at my full time job and am falling behind with some basic maintenance around the house. Here is a short list of projects that I cannot seem to get to:
1) Deck repair replacing rotten boards
2) Sanding and re-staining the entire deck
3) Carpentry and painting replacing rotten door jambs
4) Carpentry replacing rotten sections of soffit
5) Insulation in crawl space is falling out
6) I need a 50 ft. long trench dug to contain bamboo that is rapidly spreading
7) Dirt removal from trench and firepit
8) 30 ft. section of privacy fence built to block off my neighbors’ ugly white fence
9) Driveway repainted
10) Hedge trimming
This is just a short list off the top of my head. Furthermore there will be no shortage of work in the foreseeable future because I spend at least 10 hrs/wk after work and on the weekends consistently keeping up with the place. Please let it be known that I have over a decade of experience in carpentry, landscaping, and painting which are the three areas I need a hand. I am also a perfectionist with a keen attention to detail so you must have experience in these fields and anyone thinking they can wing it will not last long. I don’t want to sound rude about it but for the sake of both of our time I want my expectations to be clear upfront that you must be somewhat knowledgeable in these trades.
Also a valid drives license is required.
I can pay $12 - $14 /hour depending on experience.
