MAINTENANCE POSITION
Full time Maintenance Technician for a family apartment complex.
Job requirements are:
Minor appliance repair, minor carpentry, electric, and plumbing knowledge.
Community area trash pick up and cleaning.
Turning vacant units which includes painting and cleaning
Completing work orders and preventative mtnce duties.
40 hours a week
