Summary (Essential Functions): Conduct repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, items, and building-related issues owned by the Club.

Details: Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
⢠Arrange for the purchase and procurement of parts and items needed for maintenance, completion of work orders, and general department supplies
⢠Ensure proper maintenance of areas and equipment for aesthetic and functional purposes
⢠Maintain appropriate records for each piece of equipment and each area of the Club
⢠Assist the Maintenance Director with the Clubâs ongoing preventative maintenance program
⢠Perform other tasks as requested by the Maintenance Director and or his/her designee
Qualifications: Excellent physical condition; maintenance experience at a large building with solid professional references. Candidates must have working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. This position requires flexibility in scheduling.
