Im looking for a 1099 Employee with a wide range of skills. I do everything additions, remodeling, punch lists for homes being sold, repairs
An ideal candidate would be very detail oriented and have a high level of craftsmanship. You would have to be able to work alone at times doing handyman type work and also assist me in larger jobs such as bathroom remodels, structural work, tile, and other construction related tasks.
Requirements are as follows
-Tool belt and carpenters hand tools
-Your own working vehicle
-A criminal history with zero theft related crimes
-Ability to take instruction
-Decent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a Proffesional manner
-I dont care what color you are but you have to speak English
4 Days per week to Full Time Hours Your choice
