Crystal Clear Shine, one of Wilmington's top-rated pressure washing and window cleaning companies, is actively seeking an energetic, hard-working, career-minded individual with a positive attitude to join our team. We are experiencing rapid growth and seeking FIVE FULL-TIME technicians.

Crystal Clear Shine is an exterior cleaning company built upon exceptional customer service and high-quality work. We are locally owned and operated and have proudly begun our fourth year of business here in Wilmington, and have recently expanded to the Raleigh area, too!
Our Services:
- Window Cleaning
- Pressure Washing
- Roof Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Exterior Painting
Experience is preferred but not required.
YOU MUST:
+ HAVE A POSITIVE & SOLUTION-DRIVEN ATTITUDE (if you don't, please do not waste our time.)
+ Be honest & respectful at all times
+ Have a drivers' license
+ Have reliable transportation
+ Enjoy working outdoors
+ Enjoy interacting with people
+ Have an almost obsessive attention to detail - we don't like streaks!
+ Be willing to work 40+ hours a week
+ Work rotating nights and weekends (and some expense-paid travel is required as we have expanded to Raleigh and plan to continue growing.)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
+ You must be able to continuously lift, carry, and maneuver 35+ pounds
+ Regularly stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk with pressure washing and window cleaning equipment
+ Capable of working in extreme temperatures/environments (while maintaining a professional attitude)
+ Capable of working with bleach and other harsh chemicals on a daily basis

Pay: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour depending on experience.
