FedEx contractor in Wilmington,NC currently hiring FT and PT delivery drivers for Brunswick County and Columbus County for FedEx Ground
Must be able to give customers a positive customer experience!
Being a go-getter is a definite plus in this job.
You do NOT have to have a CDL, in fact a CDL does not guarantee you a position.
The following listed are Not Negoitiable
Must be 21 or older
Must have No felonies or pending charges.
Must have No DUI's.
Must have clean driving record.
Must be able to lift or move up to 150 pound packages.
Must be able to work and stand on feet for long days if needed.
Must be able to pass background check.
Must be able to pass drug test.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
Must be a team player.
Must be knowledgeable of the Brunswick or Columbus County ares OR be proficient at using a GPS to begin with.
MUST have at least one year out of the last three, or five out of the last ten, of commercial driving experience. This can be anything from delivering pizza to running errands for a company in their vehicle.
Work week is a schedule of days between Monday-Saturday, no Sundays (possible during holiday or winter hours). We come in between 7:30am, loader load our truck and we sort our own route and run the route until finished. Drivers that are more efficient tend to get home much earlier than those that are not.
My goal is to add more drivers to my area so that everyone is able to get home earlier and safer.
