Position Purpose and Objectives
Level Up Roofing is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for temporary, project-based work, the position is to perform data entry of voluminous transactions for multiple banks accounts for the 2020 year.
It would be to work out of our home office, located in Clemmons.
Specific Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities
o Assist in the setup of the Chart of Accounts and Items List
o Data Entry of All Transactions for several bank accounts and credit card statements
o Collect all applicable receipts & invoices as back up for all transactions
o Reconcile all accounts by month for the 2020 year
o Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
o Create and maintain an organized filing system for hard copies and electronic documents
-> Uphold a strict level of confidentiality is a must. A non-disclosure agreement is required upon hiring.
