Dry Cleaning Central is a family owned and operated eco-friendly dry cleaner located near Thruway Shopping Center in Winston-Salem. Our Vision is to offer such exceptional customer service and quality work that we will be the most respected and recommended dry cleaner in Winston-Salem.
We are open Monday - Friday between 7 AM and 6:30 PM. You would work 4 to 8 hours for 25-35 hours weekly between 6:45 AM and 6:45 PM.
Are you a people person that is also great at multitasking with a sense of urgency? Are you neat and well spoken? Do you love to make customers feel like they count? We have an opening for a team member to assist our customers as they come in or pull into our drive-thru to drop off and pick up their dry cleaning. Would you like to become part of our team? We are looking for permanent part-time exceptional front counter employees who:
- can provide outstanding customer service to all our customers;
- will pay nearly perfect attention to detail in inspecting customer's garments before they are cleaned and again before they are bagged. You will be the first and last assurance of quality -- a goal we cannot overemphasize;
- has strong multitasking capabilities. Your duties will include taking in and giving out orders, accepting payments, inspecting & tagging garments, sorting finished pieces, bagging and racking orders on the conveyor. Interruptions are constant for front counter personnel and you must be able handle them without loss of focus on our goal to offer our customers the highest quality workmanship and outstanding customer service;
- has strong computer skills;
- is willing to help keep our store clean and neat;
- is a team worker who is able to work under pressure;
- is articulate and able to make eye contact and converse easily with customers;
- is willing to gradually take on additional responsibilities;
- has a natural and willing smile.
