Ability to take ownership of issues, multi-task, document issues properly, work with and deescalate irate customers, share feedback, communicate effectively, provide a memorable experience and more are all musts for this position. Our Client's hours of operations are Monday through Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST. You must be able to work 40 hours weekly to fill this position.
