We are seeking a leasing agent/assistant property manager to manage property in the Winston Salem area.
Appfolio knowledge is required
Court experience is required for evictions process
Manage and control collection of rents, delinquency and eviction procedures.
Compile weekly and monthly reports advising ownership of property status.
Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills
High level of integrity, honesty and ethics
Minimum 5 years of experience
Knowledge of business related computer software, including Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, responsible, accountable and mature
Strong operational and organizational skills required
Walk the property regularly and inspects for cleanliness and curb appeal
