Looking for a Manager for a 45 space mobile home park in Winston Salem
Basic Management tasks will require approximately 5-10 hours/week
Additional bonuses for sales/leasing of homes, completion of initial takeover tasks, and overseeing significant renovation/repairs.
Duties will include:
Closely monitor operations of park
Oversee renovation/upgrade of park and mobile homes
Monthly invoicing of residents
Monitoring collections
Screen Residents
Interact with contractors
Coordinate marketing efforts Craigslist and other
Show homes for sale/lease
Familiar with Eviction Process in NC
Comply with Fair Housing Laws
Experience using RentManager or another management software
Experience with PayLease a plus
Bi-Lingual; English/Spanish a plus
Strong sales skills
Adept with computers, mobile devices, and technology
Highly motivated
Ability and desire to expand responsibility
Ability to work independently
Comply with deadlines
Detail Oriented
Pay package negotiable
Monthly base starting at $500. (depends on experience)
Bonuses upon completion of tasks and sale/lease of homes
I anticipate total compensation to average approximately $1000/month during first 12 months
Opportunity to transition to other properties and grow with company if desired
