We are seeking experienced and customer service focused Full-Time and Part-Time Cashiers for our Quality Plus Salisbury Road store located at 265 Old Salisbury Road in Winston-Salem, NC.
The ideal candidate will have flexible schedule availability, including night and weekends. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be very dependable, have retail experience, strong teamwork skills, and a great attitude!
Quality Plus associates are responsible for providing the best overall service to all customers. This includes greeting all customers with a friendly and helpful attitude. The Associate will be responsible for monitoring the cash register, ringing up sales, requesting money for purchases, and giving back correct change. In addition to these duties associates will be trained to stock and organize the store area, remove trash as necessary, ensure that bathrooms are clean for customers, and ensure a clean and manageable work area.
Requirements:
Basic Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform repetitive work accurately
Strict attention to detail
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and climb steps for short and long lengths of time
