ï Excellent verbal and written communication skills - multi-lingual abilities are a plus ï Strong computer skills, including typing, internet navigation, file management, and ability to use multitask software systems
ï Ability to learn, retain, and use technical product information
ï High school diploma (or equivalent), Bachelorâs Degree preferred
