We are a very young construction technology service provider. We provide takeoff quantity data, and estimating assistance to contractors throughout the U.S. We are seeking someone with an estimating background to review completed takeoffs for accuracy, interpret discrepancies and errors on the drawings, put in a format for the client and upload back to the client.
Ideal candidate: proficient in reading, understanding construction drawings & specifications, sales oriented, extremely proficient with DropBox, OnScreen Takeoff / PlanSwift / similar applications, and excel, outstanding written and oral communication skills, experience in some form of construction estimating.
Currently we are providing sitework and div32 scopes: landscape, irrigation, hardscape, erosion control, drainage, utilities, paving, demolition, etc.
This is a work from home position that requires a huge amount of attention to detail. Most of this work will ideally take place late at night / early in the morning as our estimators are based overseas.
Position is currently being offered as part-time but can quickly become full-time.
