Customer Service/Order Processing Coordinator needed in a fast paced and growing Business with a 30 year history. Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, well-spoken and possess great customer service skills. The ability to multitask and problem solve is essential. Must be organized, analytical, self-motivated and work well with others. Must possess basic Microsoft Office knowledge. Office hours are M-F, 8:30-5pm. No weekends.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
â¢ Answer and direct phone calls
â¢ Parts quoting
â¢ Process Reports
â¢ Process new customer data
â¢ General Office duties
