Exterior home improvement company looking for an experienced sales individual with construction background. Products in sales catalog include but not limited to: Decks, screened porches, sunrooms, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, paver patios, fire pits, & stamped concrete patios.
Responsibilities Include:
In home sales calls from leads generated via website, phone calls in to business, and word of mouth referrals
Generate project drawings and material lists
Secure material estimates from suppliers
Collaborate with Operations Manager regarding labor costs and production schedule
Present estimates to homeowners in a timely manner
Follow up on open estimates until they are sold or rejected
Deliver signed contracts, project drawings, and deposit checks to owner of business
Ability to email, text, print and scan
Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and willingness to travel around NC Triad
