We need to hire 30+ Full Time Sales Agents to keep up with Market Demand! Our first year Sales Agents earn an average of $70,000 with an hourly base pay and uncapped incentive. Second and third year agents are earning up to $85,000 a year and our high performers are earning $115,000+!
Dont have your Property and Casualty license? Well pay for you to get your P&C license!
Already have a General Lines Property & Casualty license? Receive a $500 bonus for being licensed!
PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY, but the motivation and passion for being a successful salesperson is a must! We offer in-depth paid training and provide you with all the tools you need to be successful in inside sales. We pay for all training and licensing classes.
