Primary Purpose:

The Sales Operations Associate will provide support to the sales and marketing functions and ensure effective and efficient operations within the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling trial offers, in-services and other related sales appointments.

• Work with Sales leadership to identify target sales regions, key leads and new client opportunities.

• Maintain client database with updated information.

• Support monthly and annual sales goals through lead generation activities.

• Assist with generating analytics related to clients, markets, ordering patterns and other KPI tracking tools to better understand sales activities.

• Assist in coordinating trade shows and other events.

• Maintain up-to-date vendor management systems for resources, visiting hospitals and surgical facilities.

• Assist in timely fulfillment of requests for information from various sources related to products.

• Attain product knowledge with detailed level of fulfillment process knowledge.

• Support Sales and Marketing leadership as needed for projects, initiatives, and development of collateral.

• Work with staff to support activities related to external seminars, conventions, and on-site or off-site meetings.

• Assist with inventory maintenance and organization of Marketing materials; initiate re-orders as necessary.

• Coordinate the shipping of collateral, trade show supplies and other deliverables as necessary.

• Ensure conference rooms are stocked and reorder supplies as necessary.

• Serve as back-up liaison to Property Manager on facility maintenance needs.

• Provide administrative support to Sales team leadership.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrates passion for the Mission and Values of CorneaGen, including personal support of organ and tissue donation.

Education and/or Equivalent Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
