Topsider Homes, designer and fabricator of distinctive high-end, custom post & beam homes, sold and shipped worldwide since 1968, is expanding its inside sales force (in Winston-
Salem) and seeks career-oriented relationship sales professionals. All sales efforts are responsive to inquiries made by prospective clients (NO cold calls), no travel. Heavy in-coming lead volume. We do not sell modular or mobile homes. Heavy phone and email contact.
COMPENSATION: Salary, plus commission, plus bonus; six figure potential. Comprehensive employee benefits.
EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have a degree and a minimum of five years of professional sales experience, preferably in upscale real estate, new home construction, etc., and must have an understanding of the basics of residential building. Candidates must also have a mature and confident personality, good telephone presence and be prepared to work some evenings and Saturdays. Basic computer and Internet literacy are requirements, as is the ability to craft written correspondence. Well-traveled candidates, particularly those with coastal area experience, have an advantage, as our clients build throughout the US and abroad primarily in coastal areas.
