Located in the heart of Clemmons on the outskirts of Winston-Salem. 10 minutes from Hanes Mall area. The room for rent is a huge space and comes furnished if you need that. If not it can be removed to decorate to your liking. The paint is the only color that can not be changed. You can pay to have the flooring changed but the flooring has to be approved by my current leasing company.
Im looking to rent only to an esthetician only as of right now or if you have a dual license ( massage license too) that is a plus. We have clients all the time asking about lash extensions however no one currently does that at our place of business. Waxing is very popular as well throughout our business. But you dont have to specialize in those in order to contact me. Just throwing that out there. There is money waiting to be made and no one to make it.
