RCS Construction, Inc. is a family run construction firm with over 27 years' experience in Rapid City, South Dakota, and are here for the long haul. We are looking for a qualified Business Development Manager to join an extraordinary project team. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of building relationships in construction with a proven track record. The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, project managers, designers, General Contractors and Construction Managers.
Responsibilities
â¢Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities
â¢Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the RCS Construction management team
â¢Establish and maintains numerous contacts within and outside the construction industry
â¢Develops and presents business case analysis to Senior Management for new/existing business opportunities
â¢Coordinate and assist in the proposal process
Qualifications
â¢Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
â¢Business Development Experience (prefer 5-15 years in the construction industry) with a successful track record of building relationships
â¢Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations
â¢Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
