OverviewPosition Overview:The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the legal team by intake and review of new and existing contracts, which may require coordination with attorneys and other internal teams for review and approvals as well as redlining standard, templated agreements and statements of work. This is a high-volume role managing multiple requests at any point in time at different stages in the contract management process.Your Impact:Maintain and update the full-lifecycle contracts management process, ensuring documents are completed and saved with the correct naming convention and within our new CLM tool, Malbek.

Perform continuous follow-up on contracts with various business units in differing stages of process to bring to completion.

Correct distribution of completed contracts to responsible business units, finance, and services as needed.

Oversee requests for new and renewal vendor contract/orders/quotes to ensure approvals are obtained and coordinating signatures through DocuSign when appropriate.

What You Bring:2-3 years of applicable experience working in tech/software industry (SaaS)

Experience in a professional or consulting services organization is preferred.

Contracting drafting skills in Word (redlining).

Resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently and effectively.

Ability to analyze and respond to requests for information in a timely manner, ensuring information is accurate. Strong communication skills, responsiveness, proactiveness, and a high attention to detail are a must.

A customer service mindset to build internal relationships.

Adept at building and maintaining positive and effective relationships with senior management, project managers, account executives, finance and vendor related staff.

Ability to manage multiple customer and vendor contracts and department initiatives simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and good judgment are essential.

Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Effective work management, time management, and excellent prioritization skills.

Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word and Excel), email and internet use, experience with applicable industry software.

Ability to learn new Contract Management software application (Malbek).

Proficient with Adobe DC and DocuSign.

Knowledge of SmartSheets is a plus.
