The Director-Cybersecurity is responsible for directing cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners. Works on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs both internal and external. This position typically has Associate Director Cyber Security and other Cyber Security direct reports.Key Job Duties:Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals who work across and within multiple organizations to enable operations efficiency, innovation and customer success
Collaborate with product organizations ensuring operations input into new product offerings and assuring CXO readiness to execute new products (including testing and lab work)
Collaborate across sales and account teams to understand and educate stakeholders to the operations perspective with intent to solve customer problems
Partner with business operations to drive delivery of tooling and capital needed to make CXO more effective and efficient
Team with the Chief, Information Security Officer to mitigate risk associated with CXO-managed equipment
Integrate all elements of CXO ensuring key stakeholders have a common understanding of the cyber operating environment while providing Subject Matter Expertise as required for delivery, assurance, or threat-related activities
Partner with development and engineering to solve technical issues and improve the operations platform for optimized user experience
Education: Preferred Masters degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security related fields.Experience: 10 or more years experience in Cybersecurity Operations including a minimum of 5 years supervising a team of Cybersecurity professionals.AT&T will consider for employment qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of federal, state and local lawsWe expect employees to be honest, trustworthy, and operate with integrity.
