And we apply the characteristics that define leadership excellence in how we engage each other, collaborate with our teams, and drive the business.DescriptionIf you are selected as the Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for tracking materials and ensuring all major equipment and material is ordered, and deliveries are complete prior to the scheduled start date.Your responsibilities may include:

Scheduling of all preventative maintenance, and expense-related activities by coordinating with different functional groups within ConocoPhillips and external contractors to plan and schedule the work

Securing resources, materials, and equipment required for all preventative maintenance activities

Ensuring execution falls within target timeframes safely and effectively

Responsible for materials tracking and ensure all major equipment and material are ordered, and deliveries are complete prior to scheduled start date

Driving efficient use of contractors

Upon completion, close open projects, remove from schedule, and re-allocate resources

Participating and compliance in the Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Management System's training and policies

Advancing issues regarding resource or workload constraints

Qualifications:Basic/Required:

Legally authorized to work in the United States

3 years of direct experience in Oil & Gas operations with parts identification

Proficient (ability to perform skill with little assistance) in Excel, Word, Outlook

Proficient in SAP

Preferred:

5 years with direct experience in Oil and Gas operations

5 years field equipment maintenance experience

3 years with experience with Planning and Scheduling

1 years of experience with field maintenance

1 years of experience in Planning and Scheduling within SAP

Proficient (ability to perform the skills with little assistance) in MS Teams

Proficient (ability to perform the skills with little assistance) in Prometheus planning/scheduling systems

Must possess good communication skills both verbally and written to enable efficient scheduling of all project work

Knowledgeable COPC safety policies, procedures & programs

Knowledgeable of COPC Procurement Guideline for procurement of materials & services required to perform PPM & CM work orders

Outstanding leadership skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently

Independent, self-starter

Strong organizational and time management skills are a must

Takes ownership of actions and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right

Listens actively and invites new ideas for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results

Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
