About the Job:
On a day to day basis, an individual in this position will be expected to:
Greet and assist all customers entering the service lane, drive the vehicle into the service bay, and out for
pick-up by the customer after all repairs have been completed.
Route incoming customers to the appropriate service advisors for quick lube-service operations as needed to
reduce congestion and wait times.
Inspect outgoing/incoming loaner or rental vehicles, and report all inadequacies (damages, low fuel levels,
etc.) to the service manager immediately [when possible].
Helps answer phone calls in the service department, and check-in customers as needed.
Drive the customers vehicle through the automatic car wash as needed.
Maintain good housekeeping throughout the service lane, and perform other minor duties as needed or as
required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1-year of customer service experience.
Outgoing and willing to meet new people.
Communicates clearly and very observant.
Being able to drive manual (stick) is a plus.
Hours: 8 - 5pm Monday to Friday (Flexible schedule on Saturdays)
