This position will provide phone and customer service support by handling incoming calls and process requests for service team to follow-up.Schedule: Rotating hours between 8am-5pm and 7:30-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Will need to be on rotation evenings and weekends in the winter season.Pay $15/hourResponsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls, schedule service calls with customer, dispatch service technicians
Enter time & materials into computer system & bill service calls daily
Assist customers with scheduling/billing questions
Generate purchase orders for technicians when needed
Assist customers with purchasing parts/filters, etc
