Lanies Hospitality seeks experienced, high energy kitchen manager for the food operations at our restaurant. In this position you will be responsible for leading a team of prep, utility, line cooks and dishwashers in a fast paced and high volume kitchen. The preferred candidate has 3-4 years of back-of-house supervisory experience and exposure to meeting budget guidelines and understands cost controls, but we would consider a candidate that is ready to step up to the next level as well. Additional duties include staff adherence to recipe specifications, ordering, sanitation and the overall performance of our staff. You must be available to work weekends and holidays as business dictates. Salary position with bonus potential. College degree preferred but not required. Servsafe or similar certification preferred.
