Job Summary:
The Agricultural Construction Crew member is a critical part of the K&T Irrigation Field Service Team.
Experience is helpful, but not required. However, we do require:
Great attendance
Positive, flexible, teamwork attitude
Willingness to travel overnight and work a significant amount of overtime during the peak seasons
Ability to work hard while performing physically demanding work in the field - including standing/walking most of the day, kneeling, squatting, using a ladder, operating hand tools, etc.
Education & Work Experience:
Candidates with CDLs and great driving records are preferred. On-the-job CDL training also available.
Laborers may be required to work in other areas of the Company, based on project needs.
Year-round benefits. No layoffs occur and your benefits will continue.
Some crews travel significantly including many overnights (generally 4 nights a week).
Requirements:
Must be over 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
