Join one of the most successful company's in the area. Due to our growth, 46NConstruction is recruiting attention to detail-oriented individuals for the upcoming season. 46NConstruction is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
- Laborers (All Divisions)
- Craftsmen (Deck, Fence, Siding & Lawn Service Divisions)
- Crew Leaders (Fence & Siding Divisions)
All employees are expected to be professional, motivated and work well with others. If you are looking for a professional atmosphere and want to be part of a hard-working team, please consider one of the following positions:
Laborers: Minimum Requirements - All Divisions $7.25 - $15.00 per hour
General carpentry skills and or a desire to learn (Mechanical skills for our Lawn Service Division)
Residential Construction knowledge and OSHA safety requirements a plus.
The ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal direct supervision.
Craftsmen: Minimum Requirements- Deck, Fence, & Siding Division $14.00 - $23.00 per hour
Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies
Experience forming of foundations, walls, columns, decks, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, doors, hardware, and millwork. (Craftsmen applying for the Fence and Siding divisions must be experienced in the related division) Commitment to safety and building quality products
Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule and budget
Crew Leader: Minimum Requirements - Fence & Siding Division $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
Crew Leader provides professional leadership by creating a safe, organized work environment.
Supervises crews to ensure members follow all safety and construction procedures.
Ensures projects are completed on time and completed according to our high expectations.
