Here at McNeal & Friends our mission is to enhance the quality of our customers' lives at home by curating every piece, every time. Our Front Office Administrator works to ensure accuracy in any and all book keeping procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create SKU's
- Create purchase orders
- Work with Business Manager on invoicing
- Work with Receiving Specialist on claims
- Report directly to Business Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business is preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills including comprehension with Microsoft applications
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, work with and around cleaning chemicals, and lift/carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
