Ray's Sport & Marine is currently looking to fill an open Boat Rigger position at our Moorhead, MN location. If you have a passion for fishing and being on the water this is the job for you. We're growing and to maintain our customers high level of expectations we need motivated, knowledgeable boat riggers.
Job Duties / General Tasks:
Detailing of boats
Moving boats in the yard, loading / unloading of semi's
Set-up and rigging of new / used boats with motors / electronics / trolling motors
Basic maintenance work on new / used boats
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance
Preferred access to own tools to properly and effectively complete rigging jobs, but tools can be provided
Ability to follow all company policies and procedures
Be able to work independently, self-motivated, and process driven
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Have a valid state driver's license
